Our Origins

Barragan Construction is a family-owned firm built on craftsmanship, care, and connection. From the beginning, our vision was clear: to create complete, sustainable spaces that serve both people and the land.


We started as Sovereign Gardens LLC, a landscape and water conservation company rooted in that same belief, that every property deserves thoughtful design, technical precision, and respect for its environment.

Over time, our projects grew in scale and scope, but our purpose never changed. Our evolution into Barragan Construction was not a reinvention, it was the natural next step.


With our KB-1 General Contracting License, we now bring that same grounded philosophy to full-scale residential and commercial construction - from custom homes and ADUs to tenant improvements and full structural builds. And with our KA-5 Dual Swimming Pool & Spa License, we integrate luxury aquatic design into our outdoor environments, uniting form, function, and flow.

Today, we continue to build the way we always envisioned — with integrity, innovation, and intention. As a family-run company, we approach every project as a partnership, delivering spaces that reflect both our craft and our clients’ aspirations.
